A warm June evening brings a crowd to Coopers Sports Center in Anderson IN for Iron Cage Clash “Fight For Life” MMA event benefiting St. Judes Children’s Hospital Research. Spectators enjoyed 16 cage matches, including one Female cage match, and 2 grappling only matches.

“FAITH, FURY AND REDEMPTION” IN SOUTHERN KENTUCKY
With local heavy metal band Gravel Switch on hand to play energizing sets during intermissions, Southern Kentucky Combat League held a night of ten great fights at the Center for Rural Development in Somerset, Kentucky. Fresh off his second consecutive XFC victory in late April, rising MMA star Julio Gallegos also was on hand to represent Fight For Life (www.fightforlifeusa.com), which promotes cancer awareness and helps memorialize loved ones lost by those involved in the sport. Indeed, over the course of the evening, several fighters dedicated their fights to the memories of family and friends recently lost.
